What We’re Learning {new weekly link up}

by GfG on March 16, 2012 · 0 comments

Beginning this Wednesday (that’s in two five days, in case your coffee hasn’t kicked in yet, clearly my tea hasn’t), I’m starting a new link up designed to encourage.  Sometimes we forget to stop and think about what is going on in our family.  What we are learning.  Academically, yes.  Spiritually, for sure.  Relationally, yup.  Silly, uh-huh.

So, on Wednesdays, I will share what my family is learning: good, bad and ridiculous.  You are invited, and I’d enjoy it tremendously, to link up your blog post sharing what you and yours are learning.  If you don’t have a blog, share in the comments!  I read every one of them.

No need to be quoting the entire book of Revelation to share.  No need to conjugate fifty Latin verbs to share.  No need to actually be doing school to share.

I’ve written a couple of What We’re Learning posts before if you want a picture of what I mean:  here and here.  You can see, by reading them, that our lives are full of moments that go unnoticed, lessons go unshared, and hilarity goes forgotten when we don’t stop to look around and really take inventory of our week.

I believe I’m going to be encouraged and entertained when I pause to think about what we’re learning.  I bet you will be too.

So… get ready for Wednesdays… What We’re Learning!

Do you ever stop to think about what your family is learning?
